Job description:
As part of a maternity leave cover arrangement, the International Relations Department, comprising 14 staff members, is seeking an International Mobility Grants Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The role involves carrying out a wide range of administrative, technical and logistical support tasks within the department, as well as managing and monitoring international mobility grant schemes, in accordance with current procedures and regulations.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
To assist with the administrative and financial management of international mobility grants by following the relevant procedures and ensuring legal, administrative and financial compliance
To advise and support students and staff with applications for financial support and the monitoring of mobility programmes
To manage the diary/diaries and monitor deadlines set by the institution and funding bodies
Organise, populate and update databases relating to the management of this area of responsibility
Populate dashboards and extract data from administrative and financial information systems
Provide logistical support for events (conferences, meetings, seminars, symposia, etc.)
Respond to requests for information from other departments and external parties
Participate in cross-functional activities within the International Relations Department

Required qualifications: You must hold a baccalaureate or a BTS in secretarial studies and/or administrative management. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but applications from those with no prior experience are also welcome.
