Our recruitment process

Our jobs are varied. Every year, we recruit teachers, researchers, doctoral students, engineers and support staff for research and teaching.

We have a specific recruitment process for each type of profile. Our recruitment is open, transparent and based on merit, in line with the European HR in Excellence (HRS4R) label.

Recruitment of contract staff (fixed-term and indefinite-term contracts)

Research support profiles (e.g. HR, IT, communication, maintenance, administrative or management support, etc.)

Teaching and research profiles (e.g. teacher-researchers and lecturers)

We follow the same recruitment procedure as for permanent teachers and researchers, except that there is no publication on GALAXIE and the timetable is not the same as that of the Ministry.

Recruitment of permanent staff (civil servants)

Recruitment is carried out in accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. The recruitment platform used is GALAXIE.

Lecturers are selected by their peers. The Human Resources Department is only involved in examining the application’s admissibility.
