Job description:
As part of a temporary replacement role, you will join the Human Resources Department (HRD), a team of 14 staff members. You will be based in the payroll unit and will work in tandem with an experienced administrator.
You will be primarily responsible for the administrative management and payroll of temporary staff, whilst also assisting with the monitoring of sick leave management.
Your responsibilities
Management of adjunct lecturers
You will oversee the entire process of managing temporary staff, from recruitment to remuneration:
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns in conjunction with the teaching departments
• Manage HR matters, prepare and monitor payroll
• Inform and support temporary staff throughout their employment
• Produce and monitor dashboards
Sick Leave Management
Working alongside the HR teams, you will assist with the administrative tracking of sick leave, long-term sick leave (CLD), medical leave (CLM), and general medical leave (GM):
• Track sick leave in collaboration with HR assistants
• Liaise with the payroll department to ensure that cases are processed correctly
Job requirements
Skills:
• Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office
• Ability to organize work and manage priorities

Required qualifications: You hold a two-year degree in human resources or administrative management; entry-level candidates are welcome.
