Job description:

We are recruiting a training project manager on a fixed-term contract for a newly created role. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Main responsibilities:

Operational management

• Drawing up and adjusting training schedules.

• Coordinating logistics and managing unforeseen issues.

• Produce reports on course activity.

Communication and promotion

• Facilitate and develop educational and speaker networks.

• Contribute to the visibility of the training programme (open days, trade fairs, presentations)

Secondary activities:

Curriculum design and coordination

• Designing, adapting and evaluating teaching methods.

• Recruiting, leading and supporting the team of internal and external lecturers.

• Ensuring the consistency and quality of the course.

• Developing and integrating innovative resources, tools and methods.

Technical skills:

• Training design and instructional design

• Facilitation techniques

• Training law

• Understanding of how the civil service and public administration operate

• Contributing to the implementation of partnerships

• Leading a teaching team

Interpersonal skills:

• Rigour

Required qualifications :

You hold a three-year degree in the fields of training and/or higher education and have a proven track record of successful professional experience in this field.

Nature of the role :

• 12-month fixed-term contract

• Open to contract staff and permanent staff

• Category A – Design Engineer

• Occasional travel required

• Full-time role – based in Nantes
