Job description:
The Office of International Relations oversees the day-to-day management of incoming and outgoing student mobility, various programs, and international projects.
As a temporary replacement, you will report to the department head. Your primary responsibility will be to promote international master’s programs and recruit prospective international students.
Your responsibilities
Process international student recruitment applications from application to admission
Participate in the administrative and financial management of the incoming student mobility unit for international programs
Update dashboards and generate reports from administrative and financial information systems
Provide logistical support for department activities and events
Participate in communication initiatives
Job requirements
Skills:
Ability to manage your workload within a tight schedule and a complex management framework
Ability to implement a quality assurance process
English: A2

Required qualifications: You hold a BTS/DUT degree in secretarial studies or administrative management. Entry-level candidates are welcome.
