Job Description :

Within the Academic Affairs Department (DF), you will report to the Service for Supporting Transformation and the Use of Digital Resources for Teaching (SATURNE), which consists of three people, including the department head.

Your mission will be to support the school’s faculty and students in designing and implementing initiatives that promote learning and the evolution of teaching practices in line with the challenges facing higher education (Artificial Intelligence, digital accessibility, etc.).

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing needs, designing, and implementing training programs for teachers related to issues in higher education (AI, digital accessibility, etc.)

  • Contributing to teachers’ self-directed learning

  • Monitoring educational trends to identify potential sources of change in teaching practices, and proposing new approaches based on training methods.

  • Participate in think tanks on AI and education at various levels (local, national, and even international).

  • Support pedagogical transformations on an individual basis or through teaching teams

  • Contribute to the SATURNE department’s training activities. Contribute to the SATURNE department’s communications directed at teachers

  • Promote pedagogical initiatives

  • Engage in professional development initiatives (monitoring trends, professional networking)

Job requirements

Hard Skills :

  • Project management

  • Facilitating communities of practice

  • Knowledge of major AI categories (particularly Large Language Models (LLMs)) and concepts of agency

  • Written and spoken English at the B2 to C1 level

  • AI-focused industry monitoring

Soft skills :

  • Active listening skills

Required Qualifications: You must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science and educational sciences (basic concepts), with proven professional experience at an engineering school or in higher education related to educational support projects incorporating the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
