Job Description:

Within the Information Systems Department, a team of 18 people, you will be part of the Infrastructure Division.

Your role will be to contribute to the operation, security, and development of Centrale Nantes’ information system by ensuring that the system and network infrastructure and related services remain in good working order.

Your main activities will be as follows:

• Help maintain operational readiness: monitoring, alerting, backups/restores, system and application updates.

• Contribute to the auditing, mapping, and documentation of the infrastructure

• Implement deployment, integration, and automation operations across system and network environments

• Participate in testing, technical acceptance, and validation prior to production deployment

• Manage the entity’s interconnection with external networks and manage user mobility

• Monitor technological developments regarding various aspects of the system and communication infrastructure (hardware, software, architecture, protocols, transfer methods)

• Draft and maintain technical documentation (architecture, operating procedures, incident procedures)

• Provide technical support to users (2nd level)

• Participate in projects to evolve or implement IT architectures (design, change preparation, supervised deployments)

Required qualifications: You have completed your first year of a master’s degree and have some experience in computer science.
