Job description:
Following a retirement, you will join a team of seven people, where you will be involved in the manufacture of mechanical parts and sub-assemblies.
Working from technical drawings, you will be responsible for the manufacture, fitting and assembly of various parts, as well as the inspection and testing required to ensure they meet specifications.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Producing mechanical parts on conventional and CNC machine tools
Programming and optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring the quality of the finished products
Defining manufacturing, inspection and assembly procedures
Designing and producing the tools required for production
Inspecting, testing and validating parts, as well as monitoring subcontractors
Assembling, commissioning and maintaining mechanical assemblies, both in the workshop and on site
Managing the supply of tools and raw materials
Applying and enforcing safety regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the department
Job requirements
Knowledge:
Machining and mechanical manufacturing techniques (in-depth knowledge)
Mechanics (tolerances, fits, metrology, technical drawing, etc.) (in-depth knowledge)
Programming languages
Inspection methods and techniques (general knowledge)
Materials and their properties
Strength of materials
Written and oral presentation techniques
English language: B1 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Carrying out a diagnosis

Required qualifications: You must hold at least a BTS or DUT in mechanical engineering and ideally have some successful experience in this field.
