Centrale Nantes is a prestigious engineering school which awards degrees to engineers, Master’s students and PhD candidates upon completion of academic programmes based on the very latest developments in science and technology and on best management practices.

A public institution under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Centrale Nantes has over 2,250 students, 500 staff members and 600 part-time lecturers.

The International Relations Department, comprising 14 staff members, plays a key role for students at École Centrale de Nantes. It manages all study abroad programmes for French engineering students, who spend an average of six months abroad during their three-year degree programme. The team also ensures that international students are warmly welcomed and integrated into École Centrale de Nantes.

Job description:

At the heart of École Centrale de Nantes’ international programmes, you will contribute to their development by handling the administrative and financial management of grant applications, monitoring programme implementation and ensuring accountability, particularly for the DREAM Master’s programme, which holds Erasmus Mundus accreditation.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • To oversee the administrative and financial management of international programmes, in particular Erasmus Mundus.

  • To coordinate the recruitment, reception and support of students, teaching staff, researchers and international delegations.

  • To manage grants, contracts, expenditure and cooperation agreements, as well as the documentation required to account for them.

  • Develop management tools, dashboards and indicators, and monitor programme activity.

  • Support programme teams, partners and stakeholders, and contribute to the Erasmus Mundus accreditation process.

  • Monitor regulatory and strategic developments, contribute to the development of partnerships, and support communication and promotional activities relating to international engagement.

Job requirements

Knowledge:

Required qualities:

Required qualifications: You must hold at least a BTS qualification in international relations, languages and economics (LEA), law, accountancy, management, economics or public law. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but applications from those with no prior experience are also welcome.
