Job description:

Within the Department of Education, we are seeking a contract-based lecturer and researcher in the field of mathematics

Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching mathematics in the first year of the General Engineering programme (L3 level): numerical analysis, probability and statistics, optimisation

• Contributing to mathematics teaching on Bachelor’s programmes (L1 and L2 levels)

• Participating in teaching for the Mathematics and Applications module in the second and third years of the General Engineering programme

Required qualifications: A PhD in mathematics.

Nature of the post:

• Contractual lecturer-researcher position – 12-month fixed-term contract

• Full-time position (192 teaching hours) – based in Nantes

Remuneration: in accordance with the civil service pay scales
